- This content of the set allows you to achieve the best results when removing scratches from car windows and other glass surfaces.
Contents:
- 1 Syringe with Repair No.1 polishing paste
- 1 Syringe with Finish No.2 polishing paste
- 1 Polishing stick
- 6 White polishing strip
- 6 Pink polishing strip
How to use:
STEP 1:
- Before repairing the glass, clean its surfaces thoroughly.
- You can use one of the glass cleaning liquids available in our store.
- Then cover the scratched area with adhesive tape, leaving approx 5 – 6 mm on the left and right sides parallel to the scratch, so that the area left for polishing is approx 10 – 11 mm wide.
- The rubber protective cap included in the set should be slid onto the end of the polishing stick.
- Then attach the red polishing strip to the diagonal side of the polishing stick.
- For this purpose, use the rubber ring included in the set.
- To start polishing the glass, apply approx 0.04 – 0.06 ml of REPAIR 1 paste to the scratched area or the tip of the polishing stick (this amount corresponds to approx 1-3 units on the syringe scale).
- The scratched area should be polished for 3 minutes (1 polishing unit) using a polishing stick under strong pressure.
- During this operation, make quick movements perpendicular to the scratches (polishing at a 90-degree angle).
- Important: During polishing, the sloping surface of the polishing stick must adhere with its entire surface to the glass.
- To achieve the best results, keep the polishing time to 3 minutes (e.g. measure with a stopwatch).
- After 3 minutes, carefully remove the polish with a damp cloth and then thoroughly wet clean the polished surface.
- Important: Particular attention should be paid to ensure that the polish does not get onto the unprepared glass surface.
- If scratches are still visible on the glass, repeat the above steps until all scratch marks are completely removed.
STEP 2:
- After completing step 1, remove the tape and clean the glass.
- Then remove the red polishing strip from the polishing stick and attach the white polishing strip to the diagonal side of the polishing stick using the rubber ring.
- To start polishing, apply approx 0.04 – 0.06 ml of FINISH 1 paste on the surface prepared in STEP 1 or on a microfiber cloth on the tip of a polishing stick (this amount of paste corresponds to approx 1 – 3 units on the syringe scale).
- Polish the surface prepared in STEP 1 and the area adjacent to it using a polishing stick under strong pressure, making quick movements until micro scratches/smudges disappear (approx. 3 minutes).
- After polishing, wet clean the surface.
