RETURNS

If after purchasing with us, the product is not within your expectations and you want a refund, the notice for the return of the product must be made within 48 hours from the moment you received the order.

The products you return must be in the original box; with their packaging and wrapping; must not have been used or damaged during opening or testing and must be accompanied by all accessories & instruction sheets.

What are the conditions for returning a product?

To make a return request you must:

  • The product must not have been damaged.
  • The product must have no signs of use.
  • The product must have all the relevant accessories.
  • Products with safety stamps on the packaging must have the safety stamp undamaged and unmoved.
  • The packaging of the product must be original, regular and with all its accessories and materials (user manual, leaflets, warranty, etc.).

In cases when the product comes to you damaged, let us know within the same day you receive the package.

How can you re-use your money?

When the product is returned to our offices in Tirana, it is verified within 24 – 48 hours. If the product meets the return conditions, we will contact you by e-mail or phone for new order or refund of product value.

In case of refund, this process will be done by payment to your bank account, PayPal account or credit card. In case of a return to the physical store, the refund will be made immediately there.

Shipping cost is non refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund granted.

If during the verification it turns out that the product does not meet one of the return conditions, the product will be returned to you again.

TRANSPORT

Terms of Sending the Order in Albania

All purchases confirmed before 14:00 on official business days will be processed and shipped within the same day. Confirmed purchases after 14:00 on official business days will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping costs

The deadline for delivery of orders depends on the distance of the city where you live:

  • For orders in the city of Tirana, the delivery arrives to you within 24 hours after you have ordered the product online and the transport costs only 200 ALL.
  • While for other cities, the delivery arrives at you 24-48 hours after you have ordered the product online and the transport costs only 300 ALL.
  • For purchases over 10,000 ALL, transport will be free, regardless of the city where the order will be sent.

Shipping for Customers registered on the B2B platform will be free of charge, depending on the value of the invoice and the location of the business.

We want you to have the best experience in Albania with e-shopping, so if you encounter any problems with the order, please contact the customer care service by phone or e-mail.

Terms of Sending the Order in the Region

The timeframe for sending the order to the Republic of Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro, is within 5 (five) working days. Immediately after confirming the order, you will be called by our staff to inform you on the shipping cost and delivery date.

MAKING PAYMENTS

The price of the products and the shipping costs will be paid by the customer at the moment of placing the order electronically on the website www.tronix.al

The customer can make the payment with:

  • Debit or credit bank card (Visa Card / MasterCard)
  • PayPal
  • Payment to the bank account
  • Pay in Lek in cash when you receive the order (up to the legal limit of cash transactions)

In case Tronix is unable to fulfill a part of the customer’s order, the price of undelivered products and the respective shipping costs will be refunded to the customer.

The client’s payment data, protected through encryption, do not pass through Tronix electronic systems and are not stored in Tronix electronic systems.
